With studs of silver.”
— Song of Songs 1:11
Second, she has experienced fellowship with the Lord. She knows how to talk to the Lord and how to meet with Him. This was indicated also by her experience in the King’s chambers.
Third, she has come to know the cross of the Lord. She has experienced having the plaits of gold and studs of silver made for her. She now realizes that she continually needs the work of the cross.
