Brethren, I do not regard myself as having laid hold of it yet; but
one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward
to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the
upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

This is a crucial verse for all who desire to pursue Christ their entire life. In the Christian life, we continue to go higher and higher. At every stage, we think we have so much, but when we arrive at the experience Paul spoke of in verse 13, we discover that Christ is truly unsearchable!
