…that I may gain Christ and may be found in Him, not having a righteousness of my own derived from the Law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which comes from God on the basis of faith

There is no possibility of our being found in Christ based on our own righteousness. It would be a miracle if we could even have our little toe in Christ at any moment. Because of our faith, however, we may be found entirely in Christ.
